EZH2 overexpression increases the level of drug resistance of the AMC-HN-8 cells. AMC-HN-8 cells and EZH2-OE cells were treated with cisplatin at doses of 3, 6 and 12 µg/ml. After 24 h, the number of viable cells was determined using the cell counting kit-8 method, and the rate of growth inhibition was calculated.
