(A) BALB/c nude mice (5–6 week old) were subcutaneously injected with 5 × 106 As-T cells expressing anti-miR-NC or anti-miR-222 inhibitor. Sizes of tumors were measured two times every week after they were visible. Volumes of tumors were calculated using the formula 0.5 × length × width2 [18]. (B) The tumors were resected and weighed after 28 days of the cell injection. Data were presented as mean ± SD. **indicates significant difference at P < 0.01.
