(A) As-T/anti-miR-NC, As-T/anti-miR-222 cells, and As-T/anti-miR-222 cells transfected with ARID1A siRNAs or negative control siRNA were cultured for 48 h, and analyzed using specific antibodies as indicated. (B) These cells were also analyzed for apoptosis using flow cytometry (FACSCanto II, BD Biosciences) and FlowJo software. The data were from three different experiments in triplicate. **indicates significant difference compared to cells without miR-222 overexpression and ARID1A knockdown. ## indicates significant difference compared to ARID1A knockdown in miR-222 overexpressing cells.
