A summary of a number of additional mutations (ordinate) coexisting with a specific genetic (abscissa) defect was observed. Samples that had B. KRAS, C. EGFR, and D. ALK were further analyzed respectively. The pie charts show the percentage of samples of each different gene alteration coexisted. Mutations were not mutually exclusive.
