Antioxidant effects of Nepeta binaludensis extracts and cellular reactive oxygen species (ROS) level in B16F10 murine melanoma cells. The cells were treated with concentration 50 μg/ml of different N. binaludensis extracts or kojic acid (2.0 mM) for 24 hr and then the ROS content was measured by the DCF-DA assay. Results were expressed as percentages relative to control, and are presented as mean±SD of triplicate samples.
