(a–g) Total RNA of liver tissue in control, fish oil, CCl₄ and fish oil/CCl₄ mice were isolated. The following fibrogenic genes, including collagen 1α2 (a), collagen 3α1 (b), collagen4α5 (c), tgf-β1 (d), mmp2 (e), timp1 (f) and ctgf (g) were assayed by real-time PCR.
