t-MCAO rats were injected with PBS, FK506 (100 μg/kg) or FK506-liposomes (100 μg/kg FK506 dose) via a tail vein. Cerebral blood flow of the t-MCAO rats was chronologically measured with a laser Doppler blood flowmeter at 0, 0.5, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 days of reperfusion. The graph indicates the ratio of the blood flow in the ischemic side to that in the non-ischemic side. The data show the mean ± S.D. (n = 4). Significance of differences: *P < 0.05, **P < 0.01 vs. PBS, #P < 0.05, ##P < 0.01 vs. FK506.
