Hes1 attenuates Pol II occupancy at the Cxcl1 gene body region. (a-c) Pol II occupancy on the TSS region of Cxcl1 (a), Tnf (b) and Hbb (c) in Hes1+/+Mx1-Cre (WT) and Hes1fl/flMx1-Cre (Hes1 KO) BMDMs untreated (UT) or stimulated with LPS (10 ng/ml) for 1 h.
