(A) EC were transfected with 100 nM small interfering RNA of PKCδ (siPKCδ) or scramble RNA control (siCTRL). 72 h later whole cell lysates were immunoblotted with antibodies as indicated. (B) EC transfected with PKCδ or control siRNA, were treated with thrombin (1 U/ml) for 1 h, and permeability was measured, the plot shows the fluorescence intensity of FITC-dextran (n = 3, * p < 0.05).
