Effect of Brd7 downregulation on gene expressions. Eight weeks old male wild‐type mice were subjected to injection of Ad‐BRD7shRNA (n = 5) or Ad‐LacZshRNA (n = 5) through the tail vein at the 1 × 109 plaque forming units (PFU) per g bw.
