32 μCi (1.18 MBq) of (S)-[18F]14 and 28 μCi (1.04 MBq) of (S)-[18F]15 were administrated via tail vein injection without anesthesia. The animals were euthanized after 5, 30, and 60 min. Each time point is the average of 5 mice except for the 30 min time point for (S)-[18F]14 (n = 3) and the 60 min time point for (S)-[18F]15 (n = 4). The data are expressed as mean percent of total injected dose per gram of tissue (%ID/g) with standard deviation.
