(B) Quantitative analysis examining the phosphorylation status of MAPK. The levels of phosphorylated p38 of aspirin- and ibuprofen-treated cells were highly comparable (P > 0.05) to those for the positive control (supplied by the manufacturer) and were at the same time significantly higher (P < 0.05) than those for the nontreated cells.
