S2 cells were fixed and stained with antibodies to Cnx99a (A), Golgin84 (B), Hrs (C), Rab7 (D), Gmap (E) and Golgin245 (F), along with rabbit antisera against the Golgi marker proteins Golgin245 or GM130 (red). Cells treated with dsRNA against the corresponding antigen had markedly reduced labeling with the specific antibodies whilst the Golgi marker staining was apparently unaffected (lower panels).
