(A) It stand for A-pattern, there is no B lines, so the B line score is 0; (B) only one B line can be seen, so the B line score is 1 (one red line); (C) two B lines are can be seen, so the B line score is 2 (two red line); (D) there are full B lines arise from the whole pleural line, so the B line score is 10 (the red arc-shaped line: pleural line, the red straight line: B line); (E) there are confluence B lines, so the B line score = the percentage of pleural line occupied by the B-lines ×10, the B line score = red line/green line ×10=0.6 cm/3 cm ×10=2 (the green arc-shaped line: pleural line, the red straight line: B line); (F) it stands for lung consolidation.
