Results showed that HS rats had higher levels of TH and lower levels of GAD67, compared with the NS rats (P < 0.05, n = 7). 15-week of CoQ10 administration by gavage at the dose of 10 mg/kg reduced TH and increased the GAD67 level compared with NS rats (P < 0.05, n = 7).
