Sensitivity analysis of cellular unbound fraction of inhibitor (f_{u,cell,inhibitor}) for telmisartan and bosentan. Fold changes in the TCA C_t,Cells at steady state compared with baseline (without inhibitors), in the presence of telmisartan and bosentan, were simulated based on the average IC₅₀ values (Table 1), cellular total inhibitor concentration (Table 3), and different f_{u,cell,inhibitor} values using a Monte Carlo simulation approach. Data were expressed as mean and S.D. of 40 simulated individuals.
