(A) SA-57 produced dose-dependent generalization, and CP55,940 and JZL195 dose dependently substituted for SA-57. The respective ED50 (95% CI) values for CP55,940 substitution, JZL195, and SA-57 generalization were 0.096 (0.076–0.121) mg/kg, 6.2 (3.5–10.9) mg/kg, and 4.4 (3.5–5.4) mg/kg.
