The respective ED50 (95% CI) values for MJN110 and JZL184 generalization and SA-57 substitution in C57BL/6J mice were 0.77 (0.53–1.1) mg/kg and 20.44 (11–37.97) mg/kg, and 4.39 (3.53–5.45) mg/kg.
