A two way hierarchical cluster analysis (Euclidean distance, Ward’s D clustering) was conducted using some of the relevant markers identified in this study (GC3, CTG, CpG, Ile). The cluster relationship was congruent with the current biological information regarding to the different infectious cycles of these viruses.
