RT-PCR analysis for expression of mesenchymal and haematopoietic surface genes by equine UCB-MSCs. The cells showed the expression of mesenchymal markers CD29 (lane 4), CD44 (lane 5), CD73 (lane 6), CD90 (lane 7) and CD105 (lane 8). The markers CD14, CD34 and CD45 were not expressed by UCB-MSCs (lanes 13, 15 and 17) while were expressed by equine PBMCs included as positive control (lanes 12, 14 and 16), respectively.
