Corneal orientation and ARFEM measurement locations. Measurements are made at 0 (center), 2.5 (mid), and 5 (peripheral) mm. At each radial position, the anterior and posterior regions are interrogated. The sample is flattened against the surface of the gel so that measurements can be made at multiple locations without having to reposition the cornea.
