Effects of TFPNCD on the cycle distribution of HepG2 cells. The cells were treated with different doses of TFPNCD (10, 20, 40, 80, 160 μg/mL) for 48 h. Cells were washed, fixed and stained with propidium iodide (PI) before Becton-Dickinson FACS Calibur flow cytometry analysis
