lncRNAs, have a function in regulating p53. p53 in turn regulates the expression of several different lncRNAs. The lncRNAs involved in the p53 network regulate cellular functions such as proliferation, apoptosis, invasion and migration. In this figure, solid lines represent direct regulation, while dashed lines represent indirect, or poorly characterized regulation.
