Planar bone scintigraphy and fused SPECT/CT at TP1 (a) and TP2 (b) of a patient with metastatic breast cancer. Both metastases in the thoracic spine were visually considered stable. Quantitative assessment revealed an increased tracer uptake for the lesion in thoracic vertebra body 9 (T9), whereas activity concentration of the lesion in thoracic vertebra body 6 (T6) was stable
