Reactivity of IgA antibody present in typhoid (acute and convalescent), other febrile fevers and normal individuals’ saliva to rHlyE. Absorbance values of salivary anti-rHlyE IgA in an ELISA from ABTS absorbance (OD405) readings were taken from the average of duplicates. The dotted horizontal line represents the cut off titer of 0.977. The absorbance values that were used to derive the scatter dot graph are presented in the Supplementary Information.
