(B,C) Cells were first transfected with BDNF siRNA or scramble siRNA. And then incubating cells with 200 ng/ml rhBMP-2 for additional 2 days, real-time PCR for BDNF, ALP, COL1, RUNX2, OCN (B) and western analysis for BDNF, COL1, RUNX2, OCN (C) were performed. *p < 0.05 vs the scramble siRNA-treated group in differentiated osteoblast cells. All data are expressed as the mean±SD from three independent experiments.
