in Eggerthella sp. YY7918. The horizontal lines indicate a GC content of 71.2%, 56.2%
(the GC content of the whole genome sequence), and 41.2%. The coding regions for daidzein reductase
(DZNR), dihydrodaidzein reductase (DHDR), and tetrahydrodaidzein reductase (THDR) commenced at
