Groups of BALB/c mice were immunized subcutaneously twice with a monovalent (10 μg recombinant lipidated dengue envelope protein domain III) or a tetravalent (10 μg of each serotype of recombinant lipidated dengue envelope protein domain III) vaccine at a 4-week interval. Serum samples were collected at 8 weeks after the first immunization. Antibody avidity profiles were examined by ELISA. Data represent the mean ± standard deviation from total 10–12 mice of 2 experiments. Statistical significance was determined by Kruskal-Wallis test with Dunn’s multiple comparison test. *p < 0.05; **p < 0.01; ***p < 0.001.
