Test movement: A pressure biofeedback unit (Chattanooga Group, Hixon, TN) was initially positioned between the lumbar lordosis and bench surface and inflated to a pressure of 40 mmHg, raising both legs from a supine (crook lying) position to 90° hip flexion and lowering the legs back to the starting position.
