4-weeks-old male mice were exposed to altered and normal loading. Real time PCR analysis was performed for SRY-box containing gene 9(Sox9), Collagen 2 (Col2a1), Collagen X (Col10a1), Bone Morphogenic Protein 2 (BMP2), Indian Hedgehog (Ihh) and Sclerostin (SOST). Significant increase (p<0.05) were seen for Sox9 and Col10a1 expression. Histograms represent means ± SD.
