These response surfaces show the incremental cost per life-year gained over lifetime in uncertainty analysis simulations of unprioritized (A) or age-prioritized (B) PrEP scale-up, compared with a reference scenario without PrEP. Risk-prioritized PrEP is not shown; it was cost-saving (reduced cost and increased life-years) in 84% of simulations.
