Macrophage depletion using clodronate containing liposomes marginally changes the pharmacokinetics of G1-ECD in cynomolgus monkeys. The mean pharmacokinetic profiles of G1-ECD following a single IV dose to cynomolgus monkeys treated with clodronate-containing liposomes (depletes macrophages) or control liposomes (empty) prior to G1-ECD administration. Data are the mean for 2 animals/timepoint for all molecules.
