Therapeutic antiarrhythmic activities of tested compounds in adrenaline-induced arrhythmia. Rats were anesthetized with intraperitoneal injection of thiopental (75 mg/kg). The tested compounds were administered intravenously (i.v.) at the ED₈₄ obtained in prophylactic adrenaline-induced arrhythmia i.e., 0.363 mg/kg (HBK-16), 0.504 mg/kg (HBK-17), 0.325 mg/kg (HBK-18), 0.444 mg/kg (HBK-19), 0.979 mg/kg (carvedilol).
