Real time qRT-PCR analysis of Pnn, Spcs1, Ddx39, Mcm7 and Phkb mRNA levels in right ventricles of infants with TOF (control, white bars) or infants with HLHS (black bars). Each mRNA levels were normalized to the internal control (Polr2a). Each reaction was done as triplicates and significance was calculated by unpaired t-test (n > 3).
