Effects of siRNA‐mediated knockdown of IRF5 and LMCD1 on TGF‐beta/OSM‐induced epithelial mesenchymal transition (EMT) in H358 cells. H358 cells were treated with each indicated siRNA (6 nmol/L) for 48 h and followed by induction of EMT using TGF‐beta/OSM for 3 days. Cells were then collected for follow‐up analysis.
