Cell viability assay of HSC2 cells treated with small molecule compounds. Cells were treated with increasing concentrations of 5-FU, HC-1, IC-2 and PN3-13 for 48 h. Cell viability was analyzed by WST assay. *P < 0.05, compared to 0 µM of each compound. The statistics were examined by unpaired Student’s t-test.
