The expression of GAS5-AS1 was significantly downregulated in NSCLC tumors as compared to the normal lung tissues. (B) The expression of GAS5-AS1 was significantly lower in larger tumors. The expression of GAS5-AS1 was significantly lower in the NSCLC patients with an advanced TNM stage than those with an early TNM stage, and was also significantly lower in the NSCLC patients with lymph node metastasis than those with no lymph node metastasis.
