We analyzed 72-h biopsy culture supernatants by Myriad RBM. We present only analytes with significantly different concentrations among the groups and between subgroups (EoE-New/Active (N/A) vs EoE-Remission (Rem), EoE-N/A vs Control, and EoE-N/A vs GERD). Values are in pg ml⁻¹ and presented with mean±s.e.m. We used nonparametric.
