Effect of QO58-lysine on locomotor activity in mice. Mice were intraperitoneally administered different doses of QO58-lysine (5, 10, and 20 mg/kg, ip), retigabine (5 mg/kg, ip) or vehicle (10% Tween-80 in 0.9% NaCl) (top panel).
