Supplemental Figure S5

2,3′,4,5′-Tetramethoxystilbene (TMS) or Cyp1b1 gene disruption reduces angiotensin (Ang) II–induced increase in CD192 expression [chemokine receptor 2 (CCR2)] in CD3+ T lymphocytes in Apoe−/−/Cyp1b1+/+ mice. Apoe−/−/Cyp1b1+/+ and Apoe−/−/Cyp1b1−/− mice were infused with vehicle (Veh), or Ang II, or Ang II along with TMS injections for 28 days. Blood was collected and peripheral blood mononuclear cells were stained with fluorescence-tagged antibodies to the cell-surface markers; data were collected by flow cytometry. A: CD192 (CCR2) expression in CD3+ T lymphocytes is presented as a contour plot (threshold set at 2%) with CD3 intensity on the x axis and CD192 intensity on the y axis. B: These data are plotted in histogram form. Data are expressed as means ± SEM. n = 5 per experimental group. P < 0.05 (Kruskal-Wallis test followed by the Dunn multiple-comparisons test).
