Human RCBTB1 also localized to the inner retina; the strongest signals were detected in the nerve fiber layer. Sections were counterstained with DAPI (blue) and are displayed as split images.
Immunohistochemistry was performed as previously described.27 Asterisks mark autofluorescence of photoreceptor outer segments. Scale bars represent 100 μm.
