Using prescribed TT as an example, a mean of 69.3% of patients at facilities in the ≤75th CMS measure percentile had a prescribed TT <240 minutes compared with a mean of 78.9% of patients at facilities in the >75th CMS measure percentile. For the KCQA measure without TT restriction, the 75th percentile represents 22.4% of facility patients with ultrafiltration rates ≥13 ml/h per kilogram.
