A 62-year-old female presented with an enhancing subcutaneous mass on the right palmar region over 10 years (a). She experienced pain and paraesthesias on the first and second fingers. Neurological examination revealed hypoesthesia on the first, second, and third fingers, as well as Tinel's sign.
