(C) Co-immunoprecipitation of PP2C38 and FLS2 in stable transgenic Arabidopsis seedlings (T3) expressing PP2C38-GFP. Seedlings were treated (+) or not (-) with 1 μM flg22 for 20 min. Native FLS2 protein visualized in immunoblot using α-FLS2 antibody. The PM marker GFP-LTI6b [71] was used as a negative control. (D) Co-immunoprecipitation of PP2C38 and BIK1 or BAK1 transiently expressed in N. benthamiana leaves treated (+) or not (-) with 100 nM flg22 for 20 min.
