Note that lumen distance (a) indicates the geometry of the coronary arteries or existence of any coronary stenosis, whereas image intensities shown in (b) and (c) indicates the contrast enhancement within the lumen and the wall, respectively. The high values of the latter are often caused by the calcifications.
