OxyHb map is similar to tHb map and the deoxyHb distribution is quite diffused. Core biopsy revealed ductal carcinoma in situ, nuclear grade 2, cribriform patterns without necrosis. Pathologic analysis at surgery revealed 0.6 × 0.6 cm ductal carcinoma in situ with other findings of intraductal papilloma with atypia and microcalcification.
