BMI indicates body mass index (calculated as weight in kilograms divided by height in meters squared); WUHNCI, Washington University Head and Neck Comorbidity Index. To convert white blood cell count to ×109/L, multiply by 0.001; to convert sodium level to millimoles per liter, multiply by 1.0.
