The extent of virus neutralization in the presence of antibody was determined at the 50% inhibitory concentration (IC50) in the absence of antibody. Purified antibodies were tested at an initial concentration of 200 μg/mL against clade B viruses HIV-1SF162 (A) and HIV-1JR-FL (B). All neutralization experiments were performed in duplicates. The negative control HIV-1/VSV-g revealed no neutralization activity at the highest concentration tested.
