Signaling pathways involving the cytoskeleton remodeling. Here we show proteins whose expression is deregulated in GLA0.2- (A) and GLA1-exposed pups (B). Significant number of deregulated genes after perinatal exposure to GLA, involved in cell migration and cytoskeleton dynamics can cause problems at cellular levels of migration and adhesion and even vesicular transport in the cell. Differentially regulated cytoskeleton genes were determined using a one-way ANOVA analysis and a Benjamini Hochberg False Discovery Rate (FDR) (< 0.05) method for multiple comparison corrections.
