Effect of baicalin on blood monocyte viability in vitro. Monocytes were seeded into 96-well plates at 1 × 105 cells/well and then treated with the baicalin at final concentrations (0, 12.5, 25, 50, 100, 200, 400 μg/mL) for 3, 6, 12, 20 h, 10 μL. CCK-8 was added to each well and incubated for 2 h at 37 °C. The absorbance was determined at 450 nm.
